Terms of Play
Last updated October 2026. Plain-language summary first, details below.
The short version
- GLOWHOUSE is a free browser game. In-game cash, seeds, plants and fruit are game items with no real-world value and can't be withdrawn.
- Some achievements earn GLOW Cents and some contests pay prizes in USDC. These are promotional rewards funded by the GLOW prize pool, paid at our discretion to eligible players, and may be changed, paused or ended at any time.
- Store items are bought with SOL and are non-refundable digital goods delivered inside the game.
- You must be 18 or older to play, and it must be legal where you live to receive promotional crypto rewards.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). One account per person. We may require identity or wallet verification before paying any reward and may refuse rewards where local law restricts them.
Game items
Everything inside the game — GLOWHOUSE cash, seeds, plants, fruit, roofs, characters, auras — is a licensed, revocable game item. It has no cash value, cannot be sold outside the game, and may be adjusted or removed to keep the game fair or fun.
Rewards (GLOW Cents, prizes, lottery)
Rewards are promotional and discretionary. Amounts, thresholds and eligibility rules are shown in the game and can change. We verify every payout by hand. Rewards are forfeited for cheating, multiple accounts, automation, exploiting bugs, referral fraud or any attempt to game the economy. Payouts are made in USDC to a Solana wallet you link; we are not responsible for wallets you no longer control. Prize draws use a published seed so results can be checked.
Store purchases
Store items are paid in SOL directly from your linked wallet to the game treasury and granted automatically once the transaction confirms. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; purchases are final. If an item fails to deliver after a confirmed payment, use "I have a receipt" in the Store or contact us with the transaction signature.
Fair play
No bots, scripts, multi-accounting, exploiting bugs, harassment, hate speech, or impersonation. We can suspend or ban any roof, account or wallet, with or without notice, and withhold unpaid rewards from banned accounts.
No guarantees
The game is provided as-is. Servers can go down, worlds can reset, and balance changes happen. We are not liable for lost game items, missed rewards, wallet mistakes or blockchain fees.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; continued play means you accept the current version. Questions: reach us on X at the account linked from the game.
